A towbar shear pin designed to break under excessive stress to protect the nose landing gear and the towbar from damage.

This pin is used with the  Hydro TOWUNIV5S & TOWUNIV6S universal towbars which are both specifically designed for Boeing 777 & 787 aircraft.
