Vintage Bellingham & Stanley M-17322/1 Handheld Digital Refractometer

A refractometer used to measure the concentration of solutions through refracting light through a sample of the liquid to determine its refractive index. 

This can be used to test the concentration of glycol in airplane wing de-icing fluids.
