Pratt & Whitney PWA3145 Slide Hammer

A specialised Aviation tool used for pulling or extracting components during repair.

This tool consists of a long central shaft, a textured sliding weight (the hammer) that the user moves forcefully against a stop, and a specialized "claw" or threaded attachment at the top to grip the part being removed.

Used primarily for maintainance of Pratt & Whitney aircraft.
