Skidmore-Wilhelm Model S Bolt-Tension Calibrator

A specialized hydraulic load cell used to measure the actual tension (clamping force) developed in a high-strength bolt assembly.

The device helps to determine the proper torque setting for a wrench or to verify that tension-control bolts and direct tension indicators (DTI) are performing to specification.

Comes in a protective carry case.

Gauge will be calibrated once sold.
